After graduating from the Gorey School of Art in Wexford, (2006) with a Bachelor in Fine Arts as well as completing her studies in 2012 with a Masters of Fine Arts at the National College of Art and Design in Dublin, Genvieve Figgis was discovered by an

Richard Prince who saw her potential when she uploaded her art on Twitter back in 2014 to which she attributes to her being introduced to the international world of art in such a prompt way.
