Geometric Abstract art

This is one of the forms of abstract art that uses geometric forms placed into a non-illusionistic space (though not always) and then combined into non representational(non objective) compositions. From the experience and results of the many years of research in the area of art, artists have suggested that the process of geometric abstraction can be a solution to the modern problems where some artists have been rejecting illusionistic practices.

New Leipzig School

A movement in modern German painting, it's the third generation and relates to how Germany today post-reunification looks like. The movement for the new Leipzig school is linked to people like Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst Leipzig. Unlike the first generation of Leipzig paintings, the third generation do not have clear characteristics and messages. Instead, the paintings are a combination of figurative and abstract elements, making creativity come to the forefront.

Animation

Animation is the term used to describe the process of showing sequences of static images in quick succession to create the illusion that the images are moving. Illustrators painstakingly drew separate images, slightly changing the moving parts with each image creating a movement series.
